Private NoHo resident seeks experienced part-time Executive Personal Assistant to assist him in his day-to day tasks: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Quality Recruiting a locally owned Top 100 company and full service staffing firm has an opportunity for a Human Resource Manager with an expanding organization in the financial industry.
The essential functions are to administer department policies and procedures while coordinating recruiting activities, overseeing compensation, employee benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, orientation, performance management, and training.
· Coordinates recruitment efforts for all non exempt and exempt vacancies through networking and utilizing additional sources for candidates including job postings on websites and working with staffing firms.
· Maintains required documentation for audit purposes including affirmative action program and other departmental records, reports and logs. Maintains subsidiary HR policies, reviewing at least annually. Ensures compliance with all mandatory HR-related requirements.
· Coordinates performance appraisal process through notification and follow up with supervisors; Provides guidance on employee performance and recommendations for compensation.
· Provides coaching and counseling to managers and employees; in conjunction with the Corporate Employee Relations Manager, assists employees, supervisors, and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendations. Performs exit interviewing and processes required paper work for terminations.
· Administers the employees benefit programs including health, dental, vision, FSA, Disability, Workers’ Compensation, wellness programs and retirement plans as applicable. Reviews monthly reconciliation of employee benefits. Assists with analysis of benefits and makes recommendation for improvements. Coordinates open enrollment process.
· Facilitates HR-related training with internal supervisors and managers.
· Participates in corporate Human Resources initiatives, strategic planning and division meetings.
· Flexible hours and travel required as needed

Payroll / HR Specialist
Well established mid-Westchester company of 700 plus employees seeks qualified candidates who possess a minimum of three years previous payroll experience with payroll and commissions; exposure to benefit administration is essential. This person will perform tasks to establish and maintain unionized and standard payroll records including maintaining union deductions, and assisting with processing annual increases. General office/accounting procedures and computer skills including ADP and Excel are required; exposure to ADP HRB is a plus. Time management and organizational skills are essential.
Job Description
The Payrolls/Benefit Specialist will be responsible for payroll processing and various HR benefit administration functions.
· Responsible of interfacing with payroll service provider for payroll processing, will serve as point of contact for all payroll and benefit administration functions. Processing will include – new hires, terminations, garnishments and benefit set up and maintenance, assist in the administration of employee benefit enrollment.
· Coordinate all detail for employee terminations, route and update all electronic systems, notify insurance carriers of all exits from the company and prepare for unemployment inquiries.
· Assist with COBRA administration
· Work with remote offices to ensure compliance with all corporate processes and procedures
· Ensure that employment documents, salary changes and other various employment related communications are completed, routed and filed appropriately.
· Ability to handle questions and resolve issues in a professional, accurate and timely manner
· Review and reconcile employee benefit provider billing
Job requirements
· Highly flexible personality that adapts easily to change, ability to multi-task
· Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must have strong Excel skills
· Experience in a high-volume environment is essential. Excellent organizational and interpersonal and communications skills are required when speaking with employees or vendors.
