10. Assures accurate documentation and communication of daily occurrences to supervisor, i.e. injuries, accidents, medication errors, etc.
11. Attends and participates in all in-service training and staff meetings as scheduled.
12. Adheres to agency standard of ethical behavior as outlined in the Corporate Compliance Program, the Code of Business Conduct and associated policies and guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.
