The Accounting Manager and HR Administrator will have complete responsibility for the company’s accounting function. We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Flash Developers to join our team in New York City, NY.
Ideally freelances would work on-site but depending on experience, comfort level and size of the project, off-site work might be possible. Freelancers and full-timers would be given final designs and expected to take the project from that point through to the successful product launch. Projects vary greatly, from micro-sites and widgets to small scale games, full-sites and applications. You must be a quick thinker and able to meet demanding timelines when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must:

- Be able to multi-task and set priorities
- Enjoy a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Be patient, clear thinking and cool headed
- Be passionate about the interactive industry
Desired qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years developing Flash-based sites and widgets
- Expert knowledge of Actionscript 3.0
- A thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Comfortable externalizing and exchanging data in XML format
- Familiarity with the various MVC frameworks (RobotLegs, PureMVC etc.)
- Experience using AMF Remoting (AMFPHP)
- Experience using 3D libraries (Papervision, Away 3D etc.)
- Comfortable with Actionscript to JavaScript communication (External Interface)
- Experience with SVN
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design and production tools
Bonus points for:
- Game development experience
- Familiarity with the Flex Framework
- Familiarity with the Flash Builder IDE
- Experience integrating 3rd party API's (Google, Facebook, YouTube etc.)
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Basic PHP knowledge
REQUIRED:

- Expert knowledge of Actionscript 3.0
- A thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 4p-8p or as required
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing samples for transmission to lab
- Completing appropriate lab paperwork
- Reviewing, restocking, and reorganizing the lab throughout the day
- Logging in and filing all completed lab results
Requirements:
- MUST have at least 6 months of experience as a lab technician
- Multi-tasking and efficiency
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Spanish, Yiddish, Hebrew speak preferable!
